THE REPEATEDLY STRATEGY SESSION

You don't need another software subscription.
You need to know what to fix first.

A 60-minute strategy session for wedding professionals who know their business is carrying too much manual work but aren't sure what should be automated, reorganized, or left human.

$500

THE CAPACITY TRAP

Your business can be successful and still be running on too much manual effort.

The problem usually isn't a lack of effort.

It's that the business has outgrown the way the work moves through it.

WHERE THE MANUAL HOURS ACCUMULATE

  • Sending the same message over and over

  • Checking that someone followed up

  • Moving information manually

  • Rebuilding documents

  • Updating spreadsheets

  • Reminding your team what happens next

  • Carrying processes in your head

  • Wondering which new tool will finally solve it

Automation isn't step one.

If you automate a messy process, you get a faster messy process.

If you buy software without knowing what problem it needs to solve, you get another subscription.

If you start building before deciding which workflow matters most, you can spend hours solving a problem that wasn't actually expensive.

That's why Repeatedly starts with strategy.

INTRODUCING

The Repeatedly Strategy Session

We'll look at the behind-the-scenes mechanics of your business and identify where better workflows could create the biggest return.

You bring the business. I'll help diagnose the workflow.

We'll look for the work that's hiding in plain sight.

  • Inaquiry and sales follow-up

  • Onboarding

  • Client communication

  • Scheduling

  • Document creation

  • Internal handoffs

  • Team tasks

  • File organization

  • Payment processes

  • Reporting

  • Recurring admin

  • Manual data entry

  • Software that isn't talking to other software

  • Processes that still depend on your memory

Not every item needs automation

Part of the strategy is deciding what shouldn't be automated.

Clarity before implementation.

After the Strategy Session, you should understand where the strongest opportunities are and what needs to happen next.

a prioritized view of your opportunities

What is worth addressing first based on time, revenue, payroll, or mental load.

clear workflow recommendations

What could be automated, what may need restructuring, and what should remain human.

preparation requirements

Any templates, SOPs, software, spreadsheets, documents, or decisions needed before a build can work.

a path to implementation

A dedicated Implementation Session where we walk through the small details of the workflows.

We prioritize impact not novelty.

Revenue Boosting

Workflows that help you respond faster, follow up consistently, improve conversions, and keep opportunities from slipping away.

Payroll Decreasing

Workflows that reduce repetitive admin work so you and your team can spend paid hours on work that actually requires a human.

Sanity Saving

Workflows that take recurring tasks, reminders, handoffs, and mental checklists out of your head and put them into reliable systems.

5-10 HOURS SAVED ON A HEAVY MONTH

“On a heavy month, I could easily see these automations saving 5-10 hours. They'll also allow me to stay on top of projects with or without my assistant.”

Make Pretty

A Strategy Session is probably for you if...

  • Your business is established enough to have repeatable processes

  • Repetitive admin is eating into your time or your team's time

  • Leads, clients, or internal tasks depend on manual follow-up

  • You know things could run better but don't know where to begin

  • You're open to improving the process not merely automating it exactly as it exists

  • You want strategic guidance before investing in custom builds

It may not be the right fit if...

  • You're looking for a generic automation template without strategy

  • You want every human interaction removed from your client experience

  • Your processes change dramatically every time that there is no repeatable workflow to improve

  • You're unwilling to update a broken process before automating it

  • You're not interested in workflow strategy and configuration

You do not need to be a tech person.

"As someone who does not think of herself as tech-forward, I found the automation building helpful in real time so that I could see how it was done, but knew that it would be done right with Maggie's guidance."

YOUR STRATEGIST

I know the wedding industry because I run a business in it too.

I'm Maggie Burns, owner of Ad Astra Events and founder of Repeatedly.

I didn't learn automation because I wanted to sell technology. I leanred it because I wanted my own business to follow up better, run more consistently, reduce repetitive work, and stop relying on humans for things software could handle reliably.

The combination of wedding-industry experience, business strategy, and workflow implementation is what I bring into every Repeatedly Strategy Session.

THE INVESTMENT

$500

Your Strategy Session is the starting point for Repeatedly custom work.

The goal is not to sell you the largest automation project possible. The goal is to identify the work worth fixing first.

Custom implementation is separate and optional.

Questions

Do I need to know what I want automated?

No. That's one of the main reasons the Strategy Session exists. Bring the places where your business feels repetitive, manual, inconsistent, or overly dependent on you. We'll diagnose the automation opportunities together.

What if I already know the automation I want?

Great. We'll still look at the process around it before building anything. Sometimes the original idea is exactly right. Sometimes a small change creates a much better workflow.

Does the $500 include the automation build?

Yes and no! The $500 covers the Strategy Session. You will not be obligated to purchase any automations. But if you do, the $500 you already paid will be applied towards the first automation.

Do I have to hire Repeatedly to build the recommended automations?

No. The strategy has value on its own. You can take the recommendations and implement them yourself or you can choose to hire Repeatedly.

What platforms can you work with?

Repeatedly primarily works by connecting and configuring existing software and workflow tools. Compatibility depends on the platforms your business is already using and the access/integrations they provide. We'll identify technical limitations before recommending a build whenever possible.

What if my systems are messy?

That's normal and often useful information. Sometimes an automation requires us to first create or reorganize a spreadsheet, template, SOP, form, document, or process. Identifying those prerequisites is part of the strategy.

I'm not good with technology. Is this still for me?

Yes. You do not need ot understand Make, Zapier, or APIs. You need to understand your business systems and goals. Repeatedly handles the workflow strategy and technical implementation.

Will automation make my client experience feel impersonal?

It shouldn't. The goal is to automate repetitve backend work so you have more capacity for the human interactions that actually matter.
